RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it to our office for a replacement or refund provided that the conditions of our Returns policy have adhered to
We will exchange or refund a product provided that:
There is valid invoice
It is within 1 month of the original purchase date
It is in its original packaging or condition and product unused
Please note that the cost of couriering the product back to our office in Walvis Bay shall be incurred by the purchaser.
WARRANTY
All products sold on our online store are supported and covered by their respective manufacturers warranty against factory faults and defects. Should any product purchased show any signs of factory fault and defect please submit a warranty claim via email within 14 days from date of purchase.

- Details of defect
- Please return in original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that items damaged from any other cause (i.e: crash damage, misuse,incorrect handling etc.) will not be covered by the manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated.
